    I have not tried one of these but I do have trouble falling asleep at night. I have anxiety so my thoughts race and it drives me crazy. Maybe if I got one of these, it might divert my attention and help calm me.

    I have one of these and it helps me sleep. My son has serious sleep issues and the sleep specialist recommended it for him.

    White noise helps me so much to get to sleep and stay asleep. It drowns out all of those sounds that could wake me up.
